1. Select Official Portal & Register Account:

Avoid fake third-party websites. Navigate strictly to the official portal for your respective scheme:

  • Punjab CM Scheme: bikes.punjab.gov.pk (or ptf.punjab.gov.pk for teachers)

  • Federal PAVE Scheme: pave.gov.pk

Click “Register”, enter your CNIC, email, and mobile number. An automated One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to verify your biometrically linked account.

2. Fill Out Personal & Academic Profiles:

Ensure all fields match official documents. Log in to the dashboard and complete the multi-section form:

  • Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, permanent/present addresses, and parent/guardian details matching your CNIC.

  • Academic/Employment Data: Select your district, university/college, semester, and enrollment ID (or department/grade if applying as a government employee/teacher).

3. Vehicle Selection & License Verification:

Choices cannot be changed after final submission. Select your preferred category (Electric vs. Petrol, or female-specific Scooties where applicable). Enter your Motorcycle Driving License or Learner’s Permit number along with the issue/expiry date.

4. Upload Required Documents:

Upload clear JPG/PNG scans without blur. Attach the mandatory document scans to your application:

  • CNIC (Front and Back)

  • Student ID / Bonafide Enrollment Certificate / Pay Slip

  • Driving License or Learner’s Permit

  • Passport-sized Photograph (white or blue background)

5. Guarantor Details & Final Submission:
